Laser lost when the machine is on |
1.First, test at the light outlet portal whether the laser diode is producing laser |
The lens is broken or the light route is leaning. |

2.If no light at the exit, check whether the circulatory water system is working correctly (the water flow is smooth or not) even no water flow |
Clean water pump and dredge the water pipe. | |

3. If the circulatory water system is working correctly, check whether the indicator of laser power supply is on and whether the fan of power supply is rotating. If it isn’t rotating, |

Mal-reset |
1. When reset, the direction is correct but the slipper and the beam don’t stop at the top (if it’s new machine, check whether the parameters are correct, if yes) |

2. The beam is correctly reset, but the slipper doesn’t move, check whether the tension wheel is tight or the axis of the motor is broken, or the parameters are wrong |
