No light extraction
The board card is problematic and needs replacement. Under normal circumstances, the optical density signal will be within the range of 0-5V when marking and 0V when not marking.
YMRF-50 machine can cause open circuit on signal wire or control switch, which will cause failure of light extraction. Replace or repair it.
There is open circuit on the signal wire between board card and laser diode. Replace it.
If the operation system or the computer is problematic, reinstall the OS or replace the computer.
The laser power supply is problematic and needs replacement.
RF laser power supply (Only Xingrui 60W and Xingrui 100 have RF power supply), replace the RF power supply. (Rarely be problematic)
The laser diode is problematic and needs replacement.
If it’s Coherent 100W marking machine, the signal transforming board between the board card and the laser diode maybe problematic and needs replacement. For treatments to other failures please refer to that of YAG50 marking machine.
Note: the voltages of laser power supply for YMRF-60 and YMRF-100 are very low. But when the currents reached 50A and 100A respectively, be ware of dangers when checking and detecting. There is a safety lock on the RF power of Xingrui 100 marking machine, thus it need to be turned on manually after 5s of electrifying and then the laser diode can work normally.
